I placed an order on the Shake Shack appWhen I got home from picking up my order my fiance and I realized everything I'd ordered/paid for was not included in the orderI called the store several times, left a voicemail and emailed the companies customer serviceI was offered a ten dollar credit to use at their restaurant, I've reached back out asking for the amount that I was charged for but did not receive to be refundedI have not yet received a response and will filing a dispute with my bank

order would be given or her money back. her statement was I would have nothing to eat. her only complaint that night was the sandwich was over cooked. nothing said about bacon bits or hard cheese. she stated that night the cheese was melted. my wife told her that this is how the texas fries are done. we have done these fries this way for over 20 years. have never ever had any complaint. the texas fries are deep fat fried then liquid cheese and bacon bits are added. they are then put in the microwave to melt the cheese over the fries. the order was then picked up by a friend for delivery. we always try to handle our complaints with the customer. my wife told her to bring the food back for a full refund the next day. the lady came in and said she ate the food. the wife gave her back half her money. our menus does not state served with bacon. had she asked what texas fries were she would of been told bacon bits. I do not know of any business that serves this item without bacon bits. direct quote off menu texas friesw/cheese&bacon 2.85. it does not state bacon bits and this was why the lady was refunded 3.00 for her purchase. her philly steak was 3.70 and drink was for whatever she ordered. the next time she comes in and orders texas fies it will have bacon bits. would recommend that she not order this item again. we are sorry for any issue that she had but had she not ate the food and brought it back the next day as my wife told her she would of gotten all money back and a gift certificate for a free order. we always try to work out any issue this way.
