I was at this location and my server was Kia Davis I left her a $5 tip she some how got rid of my ticket and tipped herself $12 I talked with the *** who told me nothing could be done and I made a police report 200AXXXXX

Billing Adjustment I would like a refund of the money she took and I'll never eat there again
There was no fraud detected on our end as I have told the customer. The charge ticket is clearly signed by her and the tip line was written $12. It was clearly seen that was done by the same person with the same pen. Police was called to the restaurant and they did not find anything that would be suspicious at all.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am highly disappointed in the fact that the customer we just need is wrong in this situation because someone tampered with my credit card I have proof that that is not my signature on that card that is very professional and I would never eat at shake shake again you can clearly see that these are two signatures that I am uploading
No one has tampered with her credit card. If she can proof that was not her signature the police at the scene would have brought my staff in for further questions and investigation.
