At this time, I have been contacted directly by Shaker Contracting Corp. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here] the Shaker Contractors Corporation returned to our property following numerous attempts and actually did try to...

address the issues that we had regarding the work that they did in May 2016. They acknowledged the complaint that we had about water entering our basement from the front outdoor staircase that they installed and witnessed water leakage when a garden hose was turned on over the staircase. They tried to remedy some of the water leakage we had by reinforcing the cement at the seams of the staircase. We were instructed to wait at least 24 hours before attempting to test the reinforced staircase with our garden hose again and to contact them if the problem persists.
