Though refunds are not rendered per the signed parent contract, as a courtesy, we are willing to provide a partial refund of the last four weeks of the nine week Winter 2 quarter in the amount of $262.22. We have never received a complaint in the sixteen plus years we have been in business and appreciate your time and attention to this matter.
