I ordered a table on December 6, 2013 with the understanding that the order will take 4 - 6 weeks. I made the down payment of half at the time. And when the table was ready to be delivered they will debt my credit card for the balance. It took them until now to call me and set up the date of February 15 2014 and that I was to be the first delivery time of 10:30 - 11:30 AM. After 12:30 PM and no calls I try to call them and no one answer. This is a breech of their own contract and I want my refund for the full charge. The order [redacted] was for a 6' Drop *eaf Table and the price I paid was [redacted] on my [redacted] Card, The sales rep name is [redacted] and also [redacted] The final payment was taken on 1/23/24 with the promise of delivery by 2/3/14. They call me 2/11/14 to confirm this Saturday. NO SHOW CA** nothing.Desired SettlementI will not settle for anything less then my refund of [redacted] to be credited on my [redacted] card.Business Response We are very sorry that we were unable to deliver Ms. [redacted]'s table on Saturday, February 15th as scheduled. On Friday, February 14th we felt that the snow storm that was predicted for Saturday would make it unsafe for our delivery team to be on the road so we called the four customer's who had been scheduled for deliveries to say that we would need to reschedule. Of the four customer's we were able to reach two of them and we had to leave messages for the other two, including Ms. [redacted]. Evidently Ms. [redacted] did not receive her message so she felt we had just not shown up for the scheduled delivery. We have since rescheduled and made the other three deliveries. Ms. [redacted] however was not willing to reschedule so we issued a full credit to her credit card account (the credit was initiated on Feb. 17 and our bank records show that it was posted to Ms. [redacted]'s account on February 18). Again, ee apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused Ms. [redacted].
