I am in receipt of your letter ID [redacted] regarding Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] is a valuable customer at our store and I am sorry he was inconvenienced waiting for his refundIt is my understanding he has received his check.However there is an inconsistency in his compliant where he stated he has left messages for me to call him backI do not recall any such message and in fact, I have seen Mr [redacted] in the dealership several times and we have had casual hello and how are you types of conversation in the recent pastHe never mentioned his concerns to me at allSo I take great exception to his claim in that regardHowever that said, I believe the matter is resolved hopefully to his satisfaction.Please let me know you have received this message answer [redacted] and or if further action is requiredBest Regards, [redacted]

Her salesperson reviewed the program along with its many benefits with her. There is over $3,641 of added value using our Owner Loyalty program, which includes free loaner vehicles, some free services, free spark plugs, towing, wipers, and a host of many other items. In order to qualify, all that will need to be done is follow the guidelines set forth and explained to [redacted] when she picked up her new vehicle.
