Her salesperson reviewed the program along with its many benefits with her. There is over $3,641 of added value using our Owner Loyalty program, which includes free loaner vehicles, some free services, free spark plugs, towing, wipers, and a host of many other items. In order to qualify, all that will need to be done is follow the guidelines set forth and explained to [redacted] when she picked up her new vehicle. Review: Bought 1new car in 2011, was charged [redacted]. Traded car back in 2012 ( lemon).bought 2nd new car same trade in day for a2012 . was charged [redacted] on that car also . after 2yrs we re financed the 2012 car and paid yet another [redacted] , sent a mail notice to me saying I did not use up all [redacted] on both the 2011 & 2012 cars , which entitles me to a pro rated amount of monies due back to me . This first notice came to me on or about 4-20-2015 . I`ve been in contact with [redacted] & their agent tells me I have a calculated refund from both cars combined, to be about $991.00.I`ve done all the leg work & supplied [redacted] all the documents required to calculate the refund THE DEALER SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS FOR ME..I`ve been to the dealership many times trying to get this straightened out with the sales manager .he just keeps giving me a different story every time . I try getting in contact with the general business manager , she will not return my calls . I`VE EVEN LEFT MESSAGES WITH THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP .HIS VOICE MAILBOX SAYS HE`LL CALL BACK . WELL NEVER DOES .

I`M STUCK AT A DEAD END HERE.WOULD JUST LIKE TO HAVE THE MONIES OWED TO ME, PAID TO ME .Desired Settlement: WELL, this has been going on since mid april 2015. I`ve done all the work faxing [redacted] & running back to the dealership +phone calls.

AS PER/[redacted] MY TOTAL REFUND IS $ 991.74. with all this stringing me along I think I`m entitled to the interest on my refund from mid april to the date of my refund.

I am in receipt of your letter ID [redacted] regarding Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] is a valuable customer at our store and I am sorry he was inconvenienced waiting for his refund. It is my understanding he has received his check.However there is an inconsistency in his compliant where he stated he has left messages for me to call him back. I do not recall any such message and in fact, I have seen Mr. [redacted] in the dealership several times and we have had casual hello and how are you types of conversation in the recent past. He never mentioned his concerns to me at all. So I take great exception to his claim in that regard. However that said, I believe the matter is resolved hopefully to his satisfaction.Please let me know you have received this message answer [redacted] and or if further action is required.
