Our family lives next door to a home being built by Shakespeare Homes and RenovationsOur property sustained some damage as a result of the construction next doorThe president of the company, Mark ***, promised to fix the damage (our sidewalk was completely smashed up and removed) although he refused to put it in writingIt has been months and he still has not fixed our sidewalkHe has sent us rude emails and has not responded to our lawyer's recommendation to repair the damagesWe have also experienced other issues including noise bylaw infractions*** ***I cannot count how many times our driveway has been blocked by his trucksThe home he is building is now into its 19th month and it's still not finishedI would not recommend this builder to anyone
