Review: Along with the primary issue, there are two others I'd like to address:

Unethical Sales

High Pressure Sales

I was lured into this business (as I am sure many others were) by a nice man while passing by on the street. Once I entered, he was kind enough to talk me up and show me a few of the products. I told him I couldn't purchase the products. He then lured me to the next section of the store and showed me more. I told him they were rather expensive, and he said "let me show you more". He did, needless to say, and when I said I couldn't do it he began to offer me different packages and sales. "Discount! Special for you! In store prices are cheaper." Eventually, his lady friend came over and also began to work hard to sell the product to me. I was feeling very pressured and unable to leave and eventually walked out with the product in hand. (A real deal, they said, only $149! plus a free lotion).

I walked out with my product, proceeded to call my mother who said to just check into the product out and make sure it was worth that much.

It turns out it's not worth that much, and I can but it online for cheaper (at least 1/5 of the price they sold it to me for).

I went back to the store later in the day, said I wasn't happy with the product, that I found it cheaper online and they said "Oh no, that's premier, not supreme premier!" (Turns out it is actually, the same thing, just the name is different) and said they would not refund my money because the store policy states so.

They had also told me that the product has won awards, which I researched later on and discovered it did not win those awards, however products with similar names did! Insane.

I was in a hurry to return home so didn't have an hour to argue with them, so I just walked out.

They were extremely pushy, a little rude (both of them pointing out my skin flaws) , and would not do anything to "fix" the issue I was having except give me a bar of soap.

Upon getting home I discovered that one of my products was expired (expired 04/2014) !!!

If I had time to go back again before I was departing the city, I would.

I'm just feeling really disappointed and duped, and will never be going back.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I'd like to give the product back and take my money. (Especially for the expired product!)

After some research, I'm just disappointed in the company and how they sell their product as a whole.

I don't want them to have my card information, and would like it to be deleted from the system.

Review: Very aggressive sales associate sold me $195.97 worth of skincare product - specifically mentioning that if I was not happy with my purchase that I could bring it back. Feeling remorseful after such a purchase, I returned to the store the same day. The sales associate, suddenly telling me she is also the [redacted], informs me that I cannot make returns and get a refund, only an exchange. I was very upset, had I known this policy I would not have made this purchase. Furthermore, upon looking up the products online I discovered that what Skin Supreme sells goes for about 1/4 to 1/2 the price in the market. Skin Supreme was formerly known as [redacted] - with another location on [redacted] in [redacted]. Upon further research, it appears that 16 complaints were filed against [redacted], now operating as Skin Supreme. Unfair business practices, very aggressive sales tactics, and overall poor products being sold. I was swindled and fell for their treatment. In addition, I am now developing a rash on my right cheek and on both palms on my hands as a result of product demonstrations the store associate performed on me during my unfortunate visit (took photos and saved on my computer to backup this claim).Desired Settlement: I request a refund of my total purchase. I simply want my money back. In addition, this business truly needs to be shut down. Ethically I'm not sure how they are able to operate a business in [redacted].
