Review: I bought $700 worth of products from Shalva. The sales person put the same product I was purchasing on my face and under my eye. In 40 minutes to an hour my eye started to get irritated. By morning my face was red and dry and my eye was pupping out from pain and itchiness. I contacted the store and talked to the [redacted]. He was extremely rude and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: They said I can exchange the stuff with something else in their store. Of course I don't want to that now that I know they are so unreliable. I've also found out that this store is an independent seller of these brands. That's why they sell expired unsealed products for double the price. I have very sensitive skin and they should have known not to sell such defected product to someone with skin conditions at least.

Review: They offer products at 300% the price in [redacted], they tell you you will get a special offer because you are from a different country or because is Labor Day but you should buy at least 2. After buying some products and 5 min later realizing it was not a fair price I went back and they said they can't offer a refund and the reason is cheaper in [redacted] is because they are expired products

Review: They verbally agreed for a return there items are overpriced sales associate gave their employees discount which isnt really a discount at all their products can be found on amazon for about 20$ I purchased them for about 200$ which is a ridiculous and false advertisement on their part . I tried to return it the very next day with in 24 hours and they denied to give me a refund after a verbal agreement with their representative.Desired Settlement: I will hope to get a refund 24 hours haven't past of my purchase and I cant get a refund on UNOPENED ITEMS this is a shock to me this company is still running. But I wont give up and if I will have to take this to court I will. But all I really want is a refund for these products.

Review: I was in a high pressure sales pitch at a skin-care store. The salesperson did a demonstration of the product, which removes dead skin. When I tried the product at home, I realized that the 'dead skin' that appeared to be exfoliating was just the product flaking off, not the dead skin. I went on [redacted] to look up other consumers' experiences, and every review, all 41, thought the store was a scam and a sham. You rate it an F, as well.Desired Settlement: I would like the store to give me a full refund.

Review: After being harassed daily by sales people outside of Shalva, I checked the store out. Once inside the salesman told me the Deja Vu Passions Touch Body Butter was $50. When I told him it was above what I wanted to spend, he said he'd give me his employee discount for $32, which I agreed upon just to get him to stop haggling me. Once I left, I researched the company online to find ENDLESS complaints of haggling and false pricing ([redacted]). When reading about inaccurate pricing, I looked the brand Deja Vu up on [redacted] to find the price of my cream was only $15 not the $50 he originally claimed ([redacted]). Not only are the employees illegally harassing people on the streets but they are haggling over prices in store and charging up-charges for the same products sold by Deja Vu online.Desired Settlement: I not only want a refund but also the store to be shut down for illegal practices after hundreds of customer complaints online.
