Shamshield was very punctual on the job and did a total exterior wash of my home including a large exterior shedA very professional jobI would use him for future jobs and also would recommend him for to other business owners

I am rejecting this response because: I use the door daily It has not given me trouble till the company used my screen door to get to the lanai Company has been in contact with me only after I have put in a complaint with Revdex.com Even threatened to blacklist me from the contractors in the *** area if I keep posting reviews all over the internet I do not believe or accept that he did not break my door The door was propped wide open when I got home and I could not understand why Until I closed door and found it hanging only by the bottom hinge I had accepted his proposal that if he fixed my door, I would remove any reviews or complaints as I really just want to remedial actions for what he has broken

after looking at the door . I know I did not break the door and I even gave her money off the job as a courtesy. it looks like someone pulled the door off the hinges. a slight bump would not have done this. I did go there yesterday to see the issue. and have been in contact with her. when I opened the door the day we did the work. the door fell into me immediately. I am not responsible. I have over 465 good reviews on angies list .

Review: I purchased a $250 voucher on Living Social to have my house powerwashed by Sham Shield Powerwashing, LLC. When I initially emailed the owner to use my voucher, he responded and we agreed on a date. Unfortunately, he canceled the appointment. Since that time, I have sent four emails and left two voicemail messages to attempt to reschedule. Despite my efforts, I have received no response from the owner at all. At this point, I just want my money refunded; I don't want anything to do with a business that is completely indifferent when it comes to providing good service or caring about customer satisfaction. I have informed the owner that I want a refund, and still have not had a response from him. I have now contacted Living Social to help resolve the situation.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $250 for the home powerwash voucher I purchased on Living Social. Unfortunately Zac Grunberg, the owner of Sham Shield Powerwashing, LLC, has complicated the issue by marking the voucher "used" when clearly, it has not been honored. Review: I bought a deal through Living Social for this company in the amount of $250.00. When I went to the Living Social website a few weeks ago to download my coupon in preparation to schedule the appointment to have our home powerwashed, the coupon stated that the company reported the coupon used in July, 2013. I have not used this coupon. I have attempted to contact the company by phone and email with no response. Their phone voicemail is now full, and I was unable to leave another message. I contacted Living Social by email, and their response was that I have to deal with the company directly. I would either like my house powerwashed or get a refund of the purchase price.Desired Settlement: I would either like the service to be provided or a refund of my money.

Review: Solution used smelled of chlorine, which is not environmentally friendly or safe as they claim on website. Owner told me he would wash my house. Instead he sent a crew. My white house turned Orange. I thought because he is a veteran he would be honorable. He says he is insured, but despite many polite emails, phone calls, etc.he has fallen off the face of the earth.yet, he is still advertising on living social.he said he would fix, that he ordered a product clean it with oxygen,etc, but he never came by to look. Chlorine shouldn't be used on vinyl. Will not disclose what solution is used when asked directly. I doubt he is insured and powerwashing is not licensed by the dept of consumer protection.Desired Settlement: Further negotiation, an apology, warn other customers.

Review: We purchased coupon to get our house powerwashed. The coupon, website, and voice mail for the compnay all state that emails will be responded to within "the next few hours" and phone messages within 24 hours. We have been trying since Sept 21st by email and phone to speak with someone about scheduling an appointment. Review: We are very unhappy with how things have been handled by this ownerMen came to powerwash the house and deck weeks agoThey were at my house several hours and the deck looks horribleThey said the mold was not coming outThey also managed to leave a LARGE OIL spill on the stamped concrete walkway that they neglected to tell me about before they left with my money and I was left with plants that died from the washing! Later that day when I noticed the issue I called only to get voice messages that direct me to emailI began emailing immediately and did not hear from the owner for daysHe emailed back and did not apologize but said he could come to clean the walkway but had no idea what happened to all my plantsI requested a phone call and can say that I HAVE STILL NOT received a phone call after weeksThen, the day he said he would come out after 1/weeks he emailed and said his truck had troubleNo call and now days later he is upset with me because I said I needed to contact the Revdex.com because HE HAS NOT EVEN BEEN PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO CALL US! The large "oil spill" was a spot that was seen after we moved their grill asideThe spot was from grease from the grillI told her that I would come out and take a look at it but that we were booked in other areas of the state and it would be a few days later and she demanded that it would be priorityAlso when stripping a wood deck, wood is a permeable material and the mold actually eats its way into the deckIf you get too close to the wood you will fray and damage the wood, and if you don't get close enough the mold won't come out, so we got as close as we could to get all the mold off of the wood but could not remove all the green that had eaten its way into the woodThe technicians told her this when they were thereThe customer also looked over the job and paid before we leftI see that this was failed to be mention in the complaint

I would like to point out that the oil spill was no where near the grill--my grill is on rocks and not even near the walkway that the oil spill was located and that was why I did not notice it before they left and I paid themThe oil spill was where they left the machine no where near a grill!
