March 27, 2017Revdex.comS County Rd 5, Ste Fort Collins, CoRe: [redacted] ID [redacted] In response to your letter dated March 20, Ms [redacted] initially came to our office in January of to have her return preparedAfter completion of the return she was advised that our office could not do an "E-collect (rapid refund)" for her, which is how Ms [redacted] always filesAfter being told she could not have the return filed this way she agreed to come back before the filing deadline and pay the preparation fees and the return would then be filed and she would receive her copies of the returnRecently Ms [redacted] contacted our office very angry that her return was never filed and she was reminded that she had never returned to pay the preparation fees, she was told she could call back and speak to the owner to see if anything could be doneShe called back and spoke to Colleta S [redacted] and was told the same thing, she was very adamant that she had paid cash for her return at which time she was told to please bring in her receipt and we would happily supply her with her copies and file the return for herShe called again a couple weeks later stating she could not locate her receipt and wanted her copies and then this complaint was filedWe also had a similar situation with her return; we prepared the return and she didn't want to pay for it because the IRS was no longer offering the "Rapid Refund" .Just a small bit of information, Ms [redacted] signed an engagement letter during her preparation stating that the return must be paid for before filing; I have attached that letter with her signatureMs [redacted] can receiver her documents by paying the consultation fee of $50.00, which she was told or she can pay the full amount and have the return electronically processedPlease feel free to contact me at the number above or by email to [redacted] Sincerely, Colleta L S*** Shamrock Accounting Service IncPresident
