After a review of our records the refund was scheduled to be processed however it was not processed due to an error in corresponding to the member Dr [redacted] was emailed to verify the payment information to issue the refund to We believe due to a simple communication error this was overlookedThank you for bringing it to our attentionThe members credit card could not be credited because the system does not allow refunds on orders over a year old However to resolve the issue what we have done is issue a refund check, the check was mailed August 30, and the check number is # [redacted] The refund authorization number for the transaction is [redacted] The tracking information for the envelpoe was via the United States Postal Service and is [redacted] We hope this resolves the issue and if there are any other questions or conserns please feel free to contact our office as soon as possibleThank you
