I reject Shamrock last message because I paid them 3,500.00 to have grass in my yard. instead I have crab grass and Shamrock thinks it looks good. He took his photos away from the yard but I have close up of the yard so you can see. Again for what I paid for I believe it should be grass my lot acre is about 0.1 (small). I think if I wanted crab grass I wouldn't have to pay him for that it was already in the yard. I had talked to him and his helper when they first started about the grass and he told me he is a professional and the grass has to start growing before he can take care of the weeds on the next visit when my yard was growing the weeds he told me to keep watering it that the weeds are taken care of later. Never happen I do believe he does deserve to get paid for the luem ( even thought it had glass and rocks) and some of the work but he did not finish the job. that's why I am only asking for 1500.00 back.  I may have to send to emails because I don't think I can send them all together for the front yard , sides of the house and back yard.

[redacted] Owner                                                 Accepted by: __________________________ (sig)[redacted] ___________________ (date)  The work waited due to cold evenings until May. Work was completed on May 10th. A copy of information on New Lawn Care (from agreement) was sent via email on the 10th at customer's request. Information was resent at customer's request on the 12th. Email sent to customer on 6/21 that we would be there tomorrow to mow the lawn. No response so another e-mail was sent on 6/22. Lawn was mowed on 6/23. At that time all bare spots were scratched with a rake, additional seed and starter fertilizer were applied. Customer observed this. Service for cutting the lawn was not paid. Email to customer on 6/30 that we would be there to mow on 7/1. There was no response and lawn was freshly mowed when we arrived. Email sent on 7/1 explaining that lawn was mowed and please forward our payment for the previous cutting. On 8/5 we received a voice mail from the customer asking for us to call because they wanted to talk and had been out of town the last two weeks. We responded that our contracted services were completed in May and that we no longer wanted to mow the lawn. We also asked for the overdue payment for lawn mowing on 6/23. We received a voicemail on 8/6 saying that they were going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. We received another call on 8/6 saying there was no grass in the yard. We visited the site after receiving the complaint and took a picture (see attachment) of the front lawn. This has been a very dry spring/summer. Although it seems that the customer has watered the lawn, all the lots across the street are weeds that have gone to seed. This might be contributing to weeds in their yard. That combined with the weather could produce many weeds. The best way to get the weeds out of the lawn is by a fertilizer program.
