Shamrock Lawn Maintenance

Review: My husband and I called Shamrock Lawn Maintenance after they placed a "new organic treatment" on our lawn that was killing the grass. We were told they were using a new product which was not formulated correctly but followed through by placing something else on it which they charged for plus the lawn is getting worse! After issuing another complaint they came out to look at the lawn and said it was diseased or that our dog created the problem. We've had our dog for years and the lawn never looked like this while they were treating it. I told them the disease was promoted by their product because the only lawns that look like this is ours and the other 2 lawns they're treating in our neighborhood. None of the other lawns in our neighborhood, both treated or non-treated look like this.They're not taking responsibility for what they've done. I'm sorry that I recommended them in the past to both commercial and residential parties. If this is not remedied it's not just our business that they'll be losing.Desired Settlement: We don't know what they placed on our yard and I don't think they do either. I want them to correct the damage that has been done in our yard.

I visited Mrs. [redacted] on August 6, 2013 and assured her that Shamrock Lawn Maintenance would get her lawn green and healthy again.

We do keep records of everything that is applied to all of our lawns.
