Review: [redacted] of Shamrock Plumbing installed a new hot water heater for us in early June of 2014. About a month ago, we noticed there was rust and corrosion on top of the water heater. I have since tried to contact [redacted] using the number I find online, plus his cell phone he gave me, but have had no success. I have left several messages over the past month. We currently have working hot water, but I would like to get this issue addressed before it becomes a problem. The corrosion has gotten much worse and now am forced to call other companies to fix the problem, even though the water heater he installed is still under warranty and he assured me if there was any issue he would come fix it.Desired Settlement: Although we have decided to contact another plumbing company to fix the problem, I still like to receive a call from someone at Shamrock so they can explain their lack of correspondence. Our water heater itself is under warranty, however I'm not sure if it is a defective water heater or a faulty installation.
