We have sent techs out to the roof numerous times since the install and it's been tuned up to the point that there are no leak prone areasThe building is in dire shape and we couldn't warranty it due to the condition it is inWe did install a TPO roof to the best of our ability and really didn't
profit any doing the build due to everything that we had to do in our process to make a leak proof roof.OOn the 8th of July I sent a tech to the building to pick up some debris and do a routine check on the roof as asked, but he was robbed due to the area in an alley way behind the buildingWe don't find it as a safe place for any of our workers to go anymore since the incedentOn top of that we are not taking jobs in the StLouis City area again since that occurredThank You

We talked to Ms *** the other day and told her that these leaks that they "so called" keep finding are stains from the previous roof
Each time we went out to inspect we couldn't find any reason that there may be a leak because the roof system
is installed perfectly
The last time we talked we told her to call Owens Corning and tell them that she has defective shingles and to have them inspect the roof, but as I see she complained to the Revdex.com instead of taking the steps of process I asked her toAs far as warranty goes she does get a warranty, but not until this is all resolved as wellSo bottom line is our findings are that she has "no leaks" and they're finding old leak stains from the previous roof system and blaming them on the new Owens Corning Tru Def roof system
Also I explained that a leak doesn't travel around a home basically she stated that it was in one room then went to another room and so onHer previous roof system was a horrible install and it leaked everywhere
We have all the conversations recorded along with pictures of the roof for proof that there are no leaks and we're not in the wrong

on August 5th I the owner at Shamrock come by the *** residence gave them a bid for Windows, Siding, Soffit, Fascia, Gutters, And insulation in the atticI gave them a bid of $13,and to purchase all the materials, etcI needed a
deposit of $8,The windows come from *** Windows and Door which is located at 31-Whitestone EXPY, Flushing, NY XXXXX not in Fenton as they claim so yes they took a little while to arrive in which there was no other work we could do yet as to everything was based on the windows being installed firstso point #I have no reason to lieWe also have the receipts etc on filepoint number there was no drywall broken as the home owner claims in which I have witnesses per window installThe only tile that was broken and was a hazard to mine and others because it was asbestos tile which was being covered with insulation board and siding which is practiceevery window installed in that home each window frame was reframed with new wood in which we didnt charge extra for that and then the window was installed to spec in accordance with code and *** Window and DoorThe windows allegedly not shutting is a falsehood because each and every window was tested over and over again before we moved on to the next window as practice I learned and a Union Carpenter and window installerThe claim on the siding is a bad claim as well as to which I *** *** am a Certified Vinyl Siding Installer thru Nationally accredited VSI (ID#XXXXX), so I know what I am doingWe stopped work for a couple weeks due to the homeowner asking us if we can put her on a payment plan in which we don't do so we was letting her get her funds together, but we didn't leave the home prone to any hazards as we fully installed everything but a 15' run of soffit and fascia, and the guttersI texted Ms *** and let her know of her balancer owed and that we was only hours away from completion and we expected the balance paid on completioninstead they told me they aren't paying my company anything and they locked the companies equipment up in their garage intending to sell my equipmentI had to retrieve my property with the StCharles County Sheriffs office making them give me our property backWe have taken Legal action towards Ms*** and have to settle this matter thru the courts because this is a case of homeowner trying to dodge having to pay for servicesSo no there is nothing that we done wrong
I can say we gave her these items for free:
Front door aluminum wrap
back door aluminum wrap
16' garage door aluminum wrap with weather strip
window frames rebuilt throughout home
