Shamshiry Cholo Kabob

Review: We are planning our wedding and were considering Shamshiry as a possible food vendor. I called them and they gave me a quote over the phone. My mother-in-law ordered food from them for another event and they overcharged her. When she told them that they charged her almost double what they were offering me, they said that the quote that I got was incorrect and that she was billed appropriately. When my fiancé called again asking for an itemized proposal via email, they kept hanging up on her and telling her they were too busy. She was finally able to talk to someone who told her that they are too busy to accommodate us because they were catering for two other people that same day. After she told them she didn't even give them a date, they said, sorry but we're busy the whole month. They are clearly avoiding doing business with us because we called them out on their unprofessional pricing practices. They refuse to provide us with written proposals via email and give widely varying quotes to different people. This is unethical and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Apology and change of store policy
