Shamus Coach Inc.

Review: Shamus Coach Inc. was contracted for a round trip excursion from [redacted] to [redacted] July ** through July **, 2014. It is approximately 5 hours each way. During the return trip back to [redacted] on July ** the air conditioning on the bus was not working due to a freon leak according to the driver. This is a coach bus with fixed windows. The driver of the bus refused to stop to call for another bus. Over 10 of the passengers on the bus suffered heat related illnesses including [redacted] and one passenger passed out from the heat and sought medical attention. An incident report has been filed regarding this issue. Over 15 calls were made to Shamus Coach to discuss the incident with someone in charge. Repeatedly, we have been told that we will receive a call back from a [redacted], to date no calls have been returned, leaving us no choice but to seek restitution elsewhere and to report the poor service of this company.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of $1400, which is the cost of the return trip.
