Review: Business owner ordered several sheets of hand marbled papers via e-mail requests. After making a special effort to print the papers, I offered the owner the option of paying by check for the COD order, although I shipped before receiving it. No check came. Repeated requests for payment - once by phone call and others by e-mail- did not result in getting it. Payment method was changed to Pay Pal, but those requests for payment were also unsuccessful.Desired Settlement: Payment of the full amount due, $208.14, which includes sales tax, by certified check or money order.

Review: THIS COMPANY IS NOW CALLING ITSELF: The [redacted]but same website and contact informationplaced an online order through website: [redacted]/ for a light kit on 2/22/14received electronic order confirmation through [redacted]. And another automated response from website.When my order had not arrived in early March 2014, I sent email inquiry as well as left several voice mails on the business phone ####-###-####. I did not get a response. I began to get upset about it and continued to send random emails, leave messages on voice mail. None were replied to.I have at least 50 emails, and more in my email that I cannot figure out how to attach to this complaint. Here is a portion.Well apparently you did NOT ship it out on April 3rd.If this is how you run your business, you are terrible at it.I am filing for a refund through [redacted] and going to do whatever I can to warn others to notpurchase anything from your company. Review: I sent a certified letter that cost me $6.49 and the letter was returned to me on June 19th, 2014. This is the information that the letter contained:..........Dear Shandells,I writing you because I have never received my order nor have I received my money back. On March 12, 2014, I ordered two [redacted]s. As to date May 20, 2014, I have never received them. On April 11, 2014 I called the [redacted] town hall in hopes to find you (since you had not responded to my emails or voice messages left at the phone number on your website). I spoke with a lady, she said that you were still in business. I explained the situation to her and she gave me the name and phone of the person who is with the Board of Trade. I spoke with the people and she said that she would talk with you. I told her that I wanted my money back at this point. On April 28, 2014 at 2:47 pm, the lady who is with the Board of Trade called me. She said that she had spoken to you the week before, and you said that you would refund my money. Well, today is May 20, 2014, I have checked my bank account every day and no refund has appeared in my account.I am not sure why you will not refund my $78.95 that was taken by [redacted], I need to get my money back. I have enclosed a copy of my order placed on March 12, 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like my $78.95 plus $6.49 for the certified letter.

Review: I purchased three pendants from Susan Schneider of Shandells in January 2014. Before purchasing them, she and I exchanged a couple of emails and a phone call so clarify what I wanted. When I received the pendants, they were made of a different material than she and I agreed to and different than what I ordered or expected. I returned them and have not yet received a refund. I contacted her three times in February and left several messages on her answering machine/cell phone, however, she has not responded to any of my messages.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $116.95

Review: Placed online order with Shandell's on 2/23/2014 for merchandise totally $73.95. I received a confirmation that order was received that same day. Never received products so I contacted Shandell's, via their gmail site on 3/23. No response. Called direct number on 3/29th and left detailed message asking for a call back. No response. I received credit billing statement and merchandise was charged to my bill.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a merchandise refund of $73.95 to my credit card.
