I ordered a top a couple of years ago and the original Sevenly never delivered and never refunded my moneyI gave up after my Revdex.com complaint failed to get a response from themMuch to my surprise a representative of the new Sevenly Outfitters reached out to meShe wanted to send me my order after all this time, and she kept up communication with me along the wayThe representative was nice and professional, and handled business the way I would expect someone toSevenly's new management seems to have the operation flowing in such a way that they can now honor old ordersI love the top I got from them, I like the cause and I think it would make for a good conversation starterI am happy with the product, the service, and I am glad they reached out to me
Ordered mugs as Christmas giftsarrived shattered and the other was broken beyond repair
Order *** for $Both mugs arrived damaged as they were insufficiently packagedI requested a refund since there was a day guaranteeI was denied a refund because they donate a portion of the money but bn offered replacement mugsI agreed to the replacements however got a partial refundI was told they do not refund shipping costs because they have no control over what happens when it leaves the company and goes to USPSThen today I was told the mug I ordered is no longer availableI do not have a use for the order now because the mug was ordered simply because of the message and what it representsThe run around I have recieved is disappointing and shows a severe lack of professionalism

I communicated with someone from the Sevenly Team named *** via email regarding a "possible" purchaseI explained (and I do have the emails to back this up), that I was not interested in purchasing a particular promotion unless I could get shirts from a specific line they have featured on their websiteThe employee responded letting me know that she would be happy to tag my order and make sure that shirts from that specific collection were what I would receiveIf she had told me it wasn't possible to do that I would have moved on, never purchased and wouldn't have a care in the world but she said she would make it happenI made the order on 7/6/(oder# SEV_XXXXXX) for the GIVE bag and was charged $for the product and shippingWhen I received my shirts on 7/20/17, they were everything BUT from the collection I had requested,
