Review: I purchased a Full size bed frame, mattress and dresser from Shanghai Vogue and paid for in full on Feb * 2016. On the receipt they put the delivery date down which we both agreed upon being Feb * 2016. My wife stopped by the store as they opened around 11AM on the day of delivery as she was shopping nearby to see what the delivery window would be. The manager told her no later than 3pm. We called around 2:30pm to confirm and they changed the time to 7:30pm. We were not happy about this but we waited anyway. Come 6:45pm we noticed it was still not here and we were nervous as it was almost 7:30 and nothing yet. We called again and at first they couldnt find our invoice or delivery info. We gave both address and invoice number and after a lengthy wait on hold, they came back and said Tuesday. I said this was unacceptable as the furniture is for our child and his old bedroom set was dissasembled and removed from his room to accept the new furniture so he would not have anything to sleep on. I told them they have to make good on their promise and deliver today or I would be in first thing in the morning with the police to get my money back. The Sales Girl hung up on me. I was at work so I had my wife go to the store and confront them. They gave her lie after lie; the truck broke down, it will come tomorrow, we tried calling but no answer, all if which were not true! We insisted she call the delivery truck and see what is going on and at that time my wife overheard a phone call that another customer had called screaming demanding their furniture to be delivered! So apparently Im not the only one. The sales girl said they will try to hvae it delivered by 10pm on the guaranteed date of delivery. We know they wont. We left it as if it is not delivered by 10pm on Feb 6 2016, we will be back first thing in the morning with the police for a full refund as they are trying to steal from us. We paid cash for everything. They are trying to charge us a 30% restocking fee but we want all our money in full since they cannot make good on their end!Desired Settlement: If they were unable to deliver as they promised, I should not have to wait 4 days to have it delivered. I want a full refund. All $790 that I paid for in cash!

Review: On May **, 2014, I paid in full for two pieces of furniture. It wasn't delivered as I was promised. I didn't get my furniture until a week later and it was the wrong furniture. [redacted] of Shanghai Vogue Furniture, [redacted] said he wouldn't take it out of my house because he had no room in his store and would return when my furniture came. We went back and forth for almost a week because he said he still didn't get my furniture and when he did get it, he still didn't deliver it to me like he continuously kept telling me he would. Finally, when my furniture did arrive, he did not unwrap the furniture like I paid for with the delivery and service charges that were included in the price. He refused to unwrap it with his helper and walked out abruptly. That night I unwrapped it myself and I found out it was damaged. I contacted him by telephone and in person and he was non compliant. He was very unreasonable, rude, and argumentative, and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $150 that was placed on [redacted] Debit Card and $300 Cash all in which I have a receipt for.
