[redacted] put her final order at our web-store on 09/30/2015, order#XXXXXXXXX-X. We shipped out on same day via UPS Ground. Please ref to attachments.
[redacted] bought 38 pcs food product send almost everything back on Oct 28, 2015.
7 pcs are NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN POLICY (opened box or parts missing)
3 pcs had refunded as missing Best Before and 6 pcs had refunded as No labeled expiration date, include freight.
22 pcs have refunded as NO FAULT REFUND without credit back freight.
We exclude any reason refund freight, like unsafe, not expect ingredient, near to expire day, misbrand or any biased excuse.
Because Shanghai Wholesale do not modify, make, produce or manufacture any product. All of products we sell are from our vendor and will satisfied FDA's requirement. We do our best to satisfy our customer. If anything wrong on our side, we fix it for free.
In this case, we already refunded her twice, $33.05 on Oct. 26 (include freight) and $77.28 on Oct. 30 (exclude freight) based our refund policy.
