Dear [redacted] ,I am sorry, but we have issued a refund according to [redacted] policies which is "You have days to return any unwanted items from the delivery date of the orderIf you ordered an incorrect item or changed your mind about an item you will not be eligible for a full refund (20% restocking fee will apply)I recommend you to speak to [redacted] directly regarding the order cancellation time frame We have received your cancellation request only days after you have placed your order therefore the item has been shipped already and standard RMA policy applied.Thank you very much.Best regards,Diana ***Customer Support Manager

Thank you for the opportunity to respond and to defend us from these outrageous accusations I would first like to apologize to the [redacted] ’s for whatever might have happened to them to get them so upset as to make these statements with absolutely no merit at all I can say that with confidence because I absolutely know we are not involved in any type of scams of any sort including the one suggested by Mrs [redacted] We at T.WOnline Marketing are proud of all the hard work to do for our clients and it’s because of that hard work; we have built a great name in this business to the point that other companies refer clients to us That is what has happened in this case, another company referred the [redacted] ’s to us Other than that company giving the [redacted] 's our number, we have no affiliation with them at all We put everything in writing so all party's know exactly what to expect.In the complaint, Mrs [redacted] states, “we were led to believe that this company would list our timeshare for sale, for which we paid $199.00” That is exactly what we did The property has been on the market for weeks out of a one (1) year contract We encourage all clients to give us a call on the toll free number provided to check the status of their listing At that time we will make price adjustments on the property at the seller’s request There has been absolutely no reason for anyone to have trust issues with our company or it’s representatives We will reach out to the [redacted] ’s to discuss their listing.Thank you, [redacted]

They agreed to relist the property until sold with no further fees and to maintain contact with me every 30-days. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved However, *** *** is well aware of *** *** because he called her right as we sat in front of him and then he gave me the phone and I spoke directly to *** *** Since *** is part of TW Online Marketing, it seemed reasonable that they were cohorts I will accept the refund for the timeshare that I took care of and I do appreciate an additional time to sell the other two timeshares I will work vehemently with you and *** to resolve this issue Thank you very much for your response.

I am rejecting this response because:*** indicated that since I made the purchase on ***.com, the merchant agreed to honor ***'s return policy, which states that items can be returned within days for a full refund. Furthermore, as Previously stated, the order was cancelled withIn minutes of placing the order. The merchant disregarded the cancellation, thereby trying to steal a significant amount of money from a consumer

Ms***, I apologize for your past experience with another company and I apologize you feel that way about us. I assure you we are not in the same category. We hear things like this all the time usually with the story including clients spending thousands of dollars up front with
the other company and being told things like "we have a buyer waiting on you". We've worked really hard on our A+ rating with the Revdex.com and one of the reasons we achieved it is we never have and never will do business like that. Our fee is an advertising fee and is the only fee we charge our advertisers.Another thing we pride ourselves in is communication. We have a very sophisticated phone/email system that tags our client database when that client calls or emails us. You are stating some things that do not match our records. Currently I have you advertising your property with us on 10/14/for months like you said. I have you contacting *** *** on 7/20/at 6:51pm lowering the price from 12,to 9,995.00. I then have you calling yesterday (Sunday) at 3:08pm without leaving a message and emailing us yesterday (Sunday) at 3:09pm threatening to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Then I have you filing this complaint with the Revdex.com at 1:22am today (Monday). I think that is completely unfair and untrue to call/email us on a day known to be closed by companies and file a complaint hours later with accusations that we don't respond to our clients. I will say out of almost 10,clients, I know it's impossible to make 100% of them happy, however, even the handful that complained in years all said we're good at returning calls/emails.We are a small company with tons of experience. ***'s been doing this for years and is one of the best in the industry. Even the best is not 100%. *** encourages all her clients to check in as much as they want to see what's going on with their ad. It's very time consuming to call every client unless we have an offer on their property and we try to communicate that to every client. I will say last year in particular was a difficult year for *** loosing her mother and grandmother within months of each other. I'm not making excuses for her but I know it affected her. I'm willing to work with you to resolve this matter.I will relist your property at no charge. The Internet is changing this industry significantly where there once was a day you only could book these resorts if you were an owner. They are some of the nicest resorts in the world and that was a great advantage to us. Now, pretty much all travel search engines book packaged deals to these properties without ownership or maintenance fee's. It is for this reason I would get as aggressive on the price as you can. 03/28/2018. The item has been shipped on 03/27/2018 therefore unfortunately we were no longer able to cancel the order. Once the package is send and customer wants to cancel the standard return policy apply:  You have 30 days to return any unwanted items from the delivery date of the order.
