I have an LLC for tax purposes CP Insurance solutions onlyI am asking for the following complaint from *** *** to be closed since this not validI have followed all compliance laws under the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Department about marketing to beneficiaries turning 65.I am providing a service for Medicare eligible folks in the state of PA and NJ by helping them find and affordable insurance options for their next stage in life, "retirement".I do not want to get a lawyer involved but will with *** ***. He is performed Defamation/ Libeled of character my business name and my reputation as a independent broker. I will move forward with a "cease and desist" if I have toI am confident that the Revdex.com will see that this is complaint.He provided statement to Revdex.com to damage my reputation and good name with this matter for him. I appreciate all cooperation in resolving this matter with Revdex.com. I checked have with my lawyer as well as Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Department. Marketing to and individual is not illegalIt is also not illegal to market insurance product's to someone turning in the state of PAAs long as you stay compliant and do list any insurance companies name on the flyers. Every Medicare insurance company, Medicare licensed insurance agent, financial adviser, auto/home/life agent has to the right to contact someone if their information is made public record. *** *** falls into a specific category like "like Turning65" *** *** information was given to me by a Lead company in which I pay for to provide me people in this category*** *** is NOT on a "Do not solicit list" or "do not call list his information".
