ID [redacted] Dear [redacted] , We are so sorry to hear about thisWe value our patients and would never turn anyone awayCertainly if there was some concern with paying for our services, we would want to knowThere was no concern raised about paying at the time On March 18, 2014, Mrs [redacted] brought her daughter [redacted] to our endondontic office for evaluation of tooth #She was referred to our office from her general dentistwhen our patients call for an appointment, we let them know that for the clinical and radiology evaluation the fee is $ We collect insurance information and let them know that their insurance will pay a portion of the fee We ask our patients to pay in full at the time of service if they are able and we submit their claim for them so the insurance will pay their portionTwo insurance companiespayments totaled $We felt that the patient did not need a root canal at this timeWe did inform the mom that she may need root canal in the futurebut felt at this time a simple pulp cap or pulpotomy could be done and filling by her general dentist for nowWe took four digital x-rays, and did a comprehensive clinical examWe are willing to do whatever it takes to resolve this miss-understanding There was never a complaint to us from the momwe are so sorry to hear this and she could have simply called us if she was not comfortable with this payment arrangement and we would have immediately honored her request"A Good Name ls More Valuable Than Any Riches." sorry to hear about this. We value our patients and would never turn anyone away. Certainly
if there was some concern with paying for our services, we would want to know. There was no concern
raised about paying at the time.
On March 18, 2014, Mrs. [redacted] brought her daughter [redacted] to our endondontic office for 
evaluation of tooth #19. She was referred to our office from her general dentist. when our patients call 
for an appointment, we let them know that for the clinical and radiology evaluation the fee is $180.00. 
We collect insurance information and let them know that their insurance will pay a portion of the fee. 
We ask our patients to pay in full at the time of service if they are able and we submit their claim for 
them so the insurance will pay their portion. Two insurance companies. payments totaled $120.00. We
felt that the patient did not need a root canal at this time. We did inform the mom that she may need
root canal in the future. but felt at this time a simple pulp cap or pulpotomy could be done and filling by
her general dentist for now. We took four digital x-rays, and did a comprehensive clinical exam. We are
willing to do whatever it takes to resolve this miss-understanding.
There was never a complaint to us from the mom. we are so sorry to hear this and she could have
