dashboard came on. It is now 6 months after purchase. Any issue this customer may be having now would not be covered under the warranty. If this was a situation where after we made the initial repair and the issue reoccurred soon thereafter, we would address it. But to ask to either warranty the vehicle indefinitely, or to replace the vehicle after 6 months because it is having a different issue is not reasonable.

I will address the concerns that [redacted] has regarding credit reporting on her loans.  [redacted] did indeed purchase 2 vehicles from us.  Vehicle #1 was involved in an accident and was declared a total loss by her insurance company.  We received partial payment on the loan from the...

insurance company which left a deficiency balance owed by her.  The deficiency balance has still not been paid.  [redacted] then purchased vehicle #2.  She opened a credit reporting dispute directly with the credit bureaus and had the credit reporting trade-lines removed.  At her request we have contacted the credit bureaus to initiate credit reporting again, but they responded to us that she will need to contact them herself.  We have had several conversations with [redacted] and have let her know that she needs to contact the credit bureaus directly since she initiated the complaint with them.  Since the credit bureaus removed the trade-lines, they are the only ones that can help her further with this issue.
