[I was called by the General Manager ***, about three days agoI delayed my response to see if he would be true to word; I was told that I can give him a list of things that needed to be repaired on the car and he would have the service center fix them, and he was to call me that evening to let me know when and how long it would take the them to fix it, I personally dropped off that list to *** *** (***) prior to our conversation but I have not gotten a call back to dateI was also promised that we would pay 50% of sales tax on 11/and the other 50% on 12/16, and registration of the car before 11/, which is when my temporary plates expire, but I would have to bring in my license because myarriage certificate won't workI brought in my new temporary license that same day, no updates on thatI was told that the $gap coverage would be credited to my loan, that hasn't happened eitherThe offer sounded fair and promising, but i'm an "action" type of person, and so far the only action or follow up that has been taken is a phone call to my husband on 11/2/17, stating he forgot to sign one more paperIs this the hold up? If so, why wasn't I called? My husband works two jobs and he's having a hard time finding a moment to go back to the office to fill sign something that shouldn't have been overlooked to begin withI'm not understanding how its Friday the and by Sunday the 5th, I will be driving on expired platesThis is the only day to get it done, but yet and still I'm the one calling Shannon motors trying to find out what's going onI have not hear back from the general manager yet, they said he is in a meetingI just really hope he has someone at the DMV registering my car and that my trade in plates are returnedI need prompt attention to this matter, I don't know whats going on. I honestly cannot believe that someone would respond to this complaint with lies as if I don't have the paperwork proving that the service center did not service my car, they never replaced my battery, cabin air filter or engine filter and never replaced the serpentine belt which shows obvious signs of wearThey were truthful when they said they offered to refund my car but I was more than clear when I told them I wanted them to fix the issues with itI did not waste two whole days on a car I did not wantThe only ones who actually serviced the car was First *** in attleboro MA, they replaced the inhibitor switch which was causing the check engine lightThe computer was not registering my braking (huge safety issue) and the PRNDL switch would lock up and stay in park and would not allow me to take it off park unless the car was turned off and started up againThis issue was brought to the service center's attention and they referred me to the dealershipNow if my car was out of warranty, I would've been forced to pay for this out of pocket! I do not know the man's name but he seems as if he runs the show at the service center (he's short in stature, abrasive, as he has hung up on me before, and balding) said, and I quote, "we can't fix anything that is not already broken, if we did that for every car we'd be out of business" he said this in front of the service manager ***, and also said that Mr *** had told them that *** never recommended that the drive belt and battery were to be replaced immediatelyI want a refund of my $down payment and my sales tax taken care of by Shannon motors, seeing as I was sold a car that was well below market value with all the neglected but needed repairs to this carDealing with this company has been a headache, they have not treated me with respect and when I told Mr *** that he is not allowed to speak to me this way, he said "well, I just did" Again, they refuse to fix anythingI have attached all the necessary proof to this complaintThey also removed my filters and CLEANED then, these filters were black and required replacement, they refuse to do anything and claim that the work I need done is "preventative maintenance" they will not fix the car unless it is "broken" meaning I will have to wait for my car not to start because of the battery and will have to wait till my cracked serpentine belt completely snaps while I'm driving, which could cause an accident and hurt myself and possibly other peopleThis us unacceptableI should've never been sold a car under these conditions, if they were thorough with the car before selling it, none of this would be considered "preventative"The cars belt should be replaced ever 50,miles, I bought the car at 54,milesWhy wasn't it changed, why wasn't the filters? Why was I sold a car with a broken inhibitor switch? A refund is dueThe service center said they will fix the issues with the car but at my own expense.Its inconceivable how they could do this to a customer with no sameThey also lied and said the draw test on the battery came back good and there were no cracks in the belt when I observed the opposite while I was thereSomething needs to be doneThey have been replying to these complaints as if they have been giving me anything but empty guarantees.

We have spoken with *** many times and have helped her with all of her requests. When she first spoke with us and let us know she wasn’t 100% happy, we offered to let her return the and refund all of her money as well as return her trade in. When she decided that she did not want to do that, we helped her process the cancellation of the GAP coverage, at her request additionally serviced the vehicle including replacement of the battery, and processed her registration on-time

No additional information has been provided in her latest response.  I have previously addressed the disputed items in our first response.
