We hired Mr.[redacted] to install central AC in our home, and a new furnace. He did install the furnace, after waiting months. The AC unit was ordered he told us after he took our money. After 18 months it is still not in, and he said he has no money to refund us. We were willing to work with him for a partial refund, but he refused to work with us. The cost of the AC unit was 3400.00 dollars he told us. He has left quite a bit of work items in our home. We asked him to get them out.He never set up a time. He was supposed to remove the old furnace. He never did that either. He is very unprofessional.Desired SettlementWe are willing to take 2000.00 along w/ the removal of the old furnace.
