Here at SHANNON'S CYCLE SERVICE we take pride in our work and treat our customers with the respect they deserveIn this case the machine came to us taken all apart and asked us to fix it because the shop that had it before us didn't or could fix itI called the customer with the additional charges
that were above the limit they had set at first and they approved the extra costWhen asked if they wanted us to look into the run ability they said they didn't want to spend any more money on it, and said they would come pick it upIt sounds to me like they just take it from shop to shop till they get something for freeThey told us that this machine went under water and after that is when the running problems began with that information there could be all kinds of problems that could effect the machine's run abilityIf they would have called us after they got it and worn't satisfied I would have worked with them on making it right

I spoke with *** and agreed to replace the crown on #free of chargeThis will be done without any admission of wrong doing as the xrays clearly show a closed contact and no decay present in December of when it was placed*** inaccurately stated that it was months ago , when in fact it
was months agoAt the time he stated that the tooth was bothering him and we gave him a referral to see an endodontist*** put off that exam appointment for over a year and in that amount of time decay from #(a tooth we did not work on) spread back to #Again, we agreed that #was decay free and had no open contact at the time it was placed, but now it needs to be replacedI also told *** that I would do eeverything in my power to get a root canal done on #for as close to free as I can to help him out if it needs one*** knows that #is his responsibility and that in fact it may not be salvageable and need to be extractedIf that happens he will need a bridge from #13-and I will absorb the cost of #only, Ie; #and will be at his expense
