My sister got one at the store but mine had to be ordered because they did not have the color I wanted. I paid for the chair $ 549.00 invoice # 2216 and they ordered a Chianti colored American Furniture recliner. I was advised it should be in within a few weeks. My sister picked up her chair in September and we were told they still didn't have my chair in. I have continued to wait and continued to check back with them in October, November, December, February. Always being told it was not in and they would check on it. In April we checked again and requested a full refund. I have since decided to sell my house and no longer need the chair. I went to Shannon's Home Furnishings to buy furniture I love them and have bought my living room and bedroon set from them since we purchased our new home I went to purchase new living room furniture I was told if I order this Ashley set it would be here in a week and a half I was happy because I had sold mine already I called back two weeks later to be informed that it would not arrive for another or weeks I was upset and was told my sales person had been fired for ill performanceI was then informed I could either find something they already had in stock or I could get my deposit refunded We went and looked at what they had and we did not care for any of it So I told them to keep it how it was I went to another furniture place and found a couch we loved two days later They toom a message for Jordan because she was not availableThe next day I call and speak

I entered the furniture store on Nov and placed an order for bedroom furniture I paid a $deposit and was told that my furniture would be ordered the next day Went back and signed contract the next dayI phoned the establishment on Dec 15th in an attempt to locate my orderI was told that no one could help me that day even though the manager was thereI phoned back the next days in a row and no one would call and check on my order or even give me a date that order was actually placed I called back the following week and was told I would be called back and wasn't I attempted to call yesterday and the phone was off of the hook all dayI stopped by the establishment on my way home from work and when I walked in I could hear loud snoring When I asked at the desk for someone to locate information on my order, I was told that she

Paid thousands of dollars for cheap furniture
