ordered a recliner in August 2015. was told it would be a few weeks and still have not received and want a refund On August 8, 2015 my sister and I went to [redacted] 's Home Furnishings and purchased 2 recliners. My sister got one at the store but mine had to be ordered because they did not have the color I wanted. I paid for the chair $ 549.00 invoice # 2216 and they ordered a Chianti colored American Furniture recliner. I was advised it should be in within a few weeks. My sister picked up her chair in September and we were told they still didn't have my chair in. I have continued to wait and continued to check back with them in October, November, December, February. Always being told it was not in and they would check on it. In April we checked again and requested a full refund. I have since decided to sell my house and no longer need the chair. I was told [redacted] would have to call me about this and have left messages and he has never called me back. I would like a full refund of my $

Very expensive for very cheap furniture I was lied to about my Marble table Turns out, it's filled with cement Sofas fell apart after a few months Wooden entertainment turned out to be pressed sawdust I was treated VERY rudely by Owner/Son Horrible person!!
