We do have an account for *** *** We can not speak with *** *** about ***'s file since his name is not on the file *** would have to be the one to call about her account Our front desk staff handles the administrative area of Shape Fitness. They have all the information needed about every file and why money is owed. *** owes money for the dates 10/20/16-11/19/which should've been paid on 12/2/16 and for 11/20/16-12/9/which should've been paid on 1/2/16. She stopped payment on both drafts. She was not charged for any days after we closed our doors on December 9, I have attached a copy of her agreement showing she is the buyer and ***'s name is not on the file I have also attached the letter she was sent showing the dues that are owed Her file will not be sent to our collection agency as long as the dues are paid within a reasonable time
