I've emailed about receiving the COMPLETELY WRONG waist clincher . I received a tan looking body shaper thing . I have been waiting on my clincher for weeks . I
as I received it in the mail I was excited . Now , that I have this thing , I am very disappointed . I ordered a NON-LATEX BLACK XL WAIST CLINCHER . I have email plenty of times and I haven't heard anything . I really need my waist clincher by next Monday . I will never order from this company or tell anyone else to order from this company if I do not receive my proper waist clincher . This is very unacceptable . How could you have a company and do not teply or even answer the phone of customer services . THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! All you want is other peoples money ! I NEVER tell anyone to rider from here . the advertising of the clincher are false and tricking people to give you their HARD EARNED money !

Review: I ordered a [redacted] 3 Hook Sport Cincher, on 09/26/15. I received a [redacted] Sports Cincher on 10/14/15. I spent over $100 for a product that I never received. This business has products advertised as Shapeciti Sports Cinchers, but they send out [redacted] brand products out to customers. Is that not false advertisement? I finally got a response from this company and they sent out some other waist cincher, which was pink, with no tag, still not the athletic cincher that I ordered, still not the same product that is advertised on their site. The blue cincher they sent me was stained and there were no tags or invoices attached to any of the products that were sent to me. This business refuses to refund the money I paid for their fraudulent products and continues to falsely advertise these products on their website. I'm pretty sure this so-called business is ran out of somebodys laundry bin. The young lady who is doing this should be ashamed of herself.Desired Settlement: I would like the full $103 refunded and also I would like the shipping covered for me to return these stained, used, faulty, undergarments to this unprofessional fraudulent so-called business.

Review: I purchased an item according to their size grid and the item is too small. I attempted to contact them for the return slip or address to exchange for a bigger size. I emailed them twice and call them four (4) times and no one has responded.Desired Settlement: I would like the product in a bigger size.

Review: I ordered a workout corset from this company inorder to aid me in my fitness goals. I was told by the individual I was ordering from what size to get and also that my order would be delivered to me before my fitness classes started. She told me that since thier was communication issues (because she told me the wrong size) she would give me a discount and tske care of my order personally to insure no more mistakes happened. I said ok and tried to order again, the statement after placing my order did not reflect the discount she told me I would receive(which I have in a email). Also I waited well past the date promised before I actually received my order(also documented in emails). Once I finally received my order I was excited to finally get the most out of my workouts, however when I opened the package I saw that this company did not send me what was ordered. It was the wrong color size and even the completely wrong design. I altered the company of this right away however I was instructed that I would have to pay more money to fix a problem they made. Of course I was not giving them any more money and I stated this. The whole time I was interested in purchasing something from this company is would receive responses within minutes, however as soon as I told them of this mistake and refused to use my own money to fix it I have been completely ignored. I have been very patient and polite I've waited for weeks upon weeks well into months now still constantly reminding this company of their error and that I need them to correct it. I have all the emails saved as well if you need those for this complaint. The only way I could ever get in touch with the representative of this company was through the email, I have tried calling and it always goes to voicemail but no one ever calls you back once you leave a message.Desired Settlement: I do not want anything from this company anymore and I really do not want them to be able to keep my money.It feels as if this company did this on purpose because I told them of their mistake the first time.I was a first and last time customer.I would greatly appreciate if you could assist me in obtaining my full refund with taxes and shipping included.Also if they still want this other one back then please have them to make arrangements using their own funds to have it shipped back. My name is [redacted], I recently ordered a "waist clincher" from shapeciti.com which is based out of Sacramento, CA. I ordered my product on March 16th, 2015.

On that same day 80.64 was taken out of my account, I was told it should take 7-10 business days to get my product along with a email for confirmation and a tracking number. I never received either. I called the "customer service" number multiple times only to leave my name and number with no call back. Finally I emailed them and got two emails back, with no help and no tracking number.

Two weeks later (and a additional 4-5 upset emails) I still was getting no answer. Finally I threatened making a claim and going to you guys, Revdex.com.

They finally wrote me back and told me my shipment should arrive on April 3rd, 2015. Almost a whole month later, I did receive the package with the WRONG SIZE, and also on my invoice it said the total was 70.90, yet 80.64 was taken out??

I then contacted the company through email (April 6th, 2015) that I wanted my full refund by April 9th, 2015 and to be contacted by a manager which never happened, I also never got that refund. I did my research and have spoken to other customers who went through the same thing with no response and never got their money back! I have filed a complaint through Paypal and now with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I beg that something is done about this, I am a single mother and 80.00 is a lot that I have worked hard to earn!! Please let me know if you need additional information to pursue this conflict. I would appreciate a response no matter what.

Review: ShapeCiti.com never send my weight training to me I called and emailed them and no response I left several messages and still no response. I ordered my items April 18th and they told me 7 business day now it May 7th.. I can't get a hold of anyone no return calls I realized I been rip off $ 100.13Desired Settlement: I order my waist training on April 18 have not received my item I reached out to them on the phone and email no response at all. I spent $100.13 I left several messages and no response they rip me off.
