This is our last and final response to Mrs. [redacted]s complaint as she continues to ignore the facts and our responses.-Nowhere in the [redacted] article does our company make the claim "permanent weight loss system". Only the creative writing of the journalist and a client quote mention "permanent weight loss"-AGAIN, the claims made in the Raleigh, NC newspaper was not approved by Shapemasters, Inc. and was not published by Shapemasters, Inc.-I have offered multiple times to provide the data used in our analysis to Mrs. [redacted], however, she has not requested them formally and thus doesn't appear to be truly interested in the data/facts.-AGAIN, Shapemasters Inc. was unaware of the request made by the Revdex.com in Raleigh, however, AGAIN, the claims of "shrinking unwanted fat cells permanently" has never been made by Shapemasters, Inc. nor would it ever have been approved. -We did not "make" you sign any contract. You voluntarily signed the agreement and we provided the services we agreed to provide.-Our contract has been reviewed by our legal team and has been deemed to comply with all CA Civil Codes in regards to a weight-loss contract.-We have complied with all the courts demands and are actively honoring the judgement.-Mrs. [redacted] continues to grasp at straws seeking anything to hold onto. First, it was that we used HCG in our patches, then it was marketing claims, then it was unsubstantiated data analysis, then it was our contract. -AGAIN, Mrs. [redacted] had excellent results on our program, VOLUNTARILY quit the program, made defamatory and false claims against us, threatened to submit complaints to the FTC, FDA, and other agencies, tried to blackmail us into giving her money by saying "it won't stop until you refund my money", posted negative reviews online, lost a fraudulent charge-back dispute with her credit card company, and continues to harass our employees.-AGAIN, this is our last and final response to Mrs. [redacted]s complaints as we believe our time is better spent HELPING people and not actively trying to sabotage a new business that has made tremendous impacts on the people of our community.
