We have spent more time sending emails back and forth with the customer than what the product is worth, but we refuse to send the customer the free items he is demanding because we don't believe customer's claim is warrantedProduct description clearly states the the item is sold individually (see attachment)Many of our similar items have two in the picture, because customers have the option on product page to select things like either "Left" or "Right", or in this case he had the option to select either the "Rail" or "Center" and then indicate quantity (see attachment)We sell thousands of these a year and never have a problem with other customersEither way, nowhere in the product title or description does it say that he is buying a pair or setAgain, it clearly states in bold letters "Items Sold Individually"(See attachment)From the emails this guy sent us he seems a little bit out thereWe tried our best to explain ourselves to him professionally, but his long emails would continue to go on strange rants, for example, "I had a ding repaired a few weeks ago by a nice guy that does repairs at his hut on the beachHe did an excellent job on the ding so when I broke a fin and a couple of boxes I took the board to him for repair I was disappointed that he couldn't do the repair as he had no way to get the plugs at a reasonable price here in MexicoYou know the scene here probably Folks like him live hand to mouth,,,,haven't a credit card to order and delivering to here ,if possible, is probably expensive and the price of "mota" keeps rising ;( I had to take the board to the big shop in town that is good but doesn't need my business as much as [redacted] does and takes longer to make the repair I told [redacted] that I would get some plugs and give them to him so he wouldn't have to turn away customers for plug repairsI ordered, I thought pairs, intending to keep a couple pairs on hand for myself just in case and give him pairs." Please let me know if you want me to provide all the emails if you'd like to see how we responded to his complaintsWe appreciate what the Revdex.com does for consumers and business, and we are happy to provide any other information necessary

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I do not accept the business' proposal because they are steadfast in accepting that their online catolog page is , I'm sure unintentionally , deceptive in it's pricing for this productThis is the fault that caused me to recieve only half the quantity of product I expected The business continues to insist that their pricing is clearly shown as per single itemThis , as I said in my complaint, is untrue Thank you for your actions so far Regards, [redacted]
