BUYER BEWARE! Just another scamI contracted with Global Concrete Solutions dealing directly with Chad *** to complete remodeling services in a Sugarland home The contract included a complete demo and remodeling of bathrooms, painting the kitchen cabinets and installing granite countertops in the kitchen, installing all new floors throughout the house - carpet in bedrooms, tile in the bath rooms and hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room and entry way, painting of all walls and ceilings, and installing tile surrounds in both bathrooms The work was to be completed in weeksOver the course of months Chad and his crew completed the demo of the bathrooms and removed all the carpet from the home They also installed new carpet in the bedrooms, installed tile floors in the bathrooms, painted the walls and kitchen cabinets and then disappeared He left both bathrooms completely torn out and unused left The quality of the work that was completed was very poor and had to be re-workedHe was paid two thirds of the total quote to complete the entire job and only completed 20% of the work before disappearing and failing to return calls

Chad was absolutely the most proficient out of most concrete contractors I've met withI had spoken with about contractors and of those took my moneyAlthough I was hesitant after getting messed over, once my driveway was complete, I was happy with his workI would recommend Global Concrete Solution to anyone in needHe was very professional and kept his word

I was initially won over by *** ***r with Global Concrete Solutions (DMC Concrete on *** ***r) responsiveness and promises to get the job done correctly and help avoid any further inquiries from my *OA Throughout the process of removing the existing driveway and setting the new concrete a very large portion of my Tree was broken, concrete spilled over onto my lawn killing off a large section of grass Concrete also spilled over to other sections of my driveway that was not being replaced The new slab was not sectioned properly as requested to match the existing slabChad promised to correct the issues and make things right *e stopped responding to my attempts to contact him and now less than months later the new concrete slab has a foot crack from one side of the slab to the other This has been a bad experience I wouldn't wish on anyone I am shocked that *** ***r would associate with this type of vendor I have friends and coworkers who has used *** ***r in the past and was thrilled with their vendors
