agree to the Terms and Conditions before purchasing. Within our agreement we have included the Return & Refund Policy. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) to make the Return and receive the full Refund. For your refund to be processed, you must write your RMA number on the outside of your shipment package in large and legible print. Once the remaining product has been received by us and your RMA number has been logged into our systems, you will receive an email confirmation that your refund is being processed. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred to package and safely return the product to our fulfillment facility. This customer did contact our Customer Service Department by email and was offered to begin the Return process or accept an additional supply to allow the products more time to work. The customer did not contact us to begin the Return process. It was not until January 3rd, 2017 - 3 months after the Money Back Guarantee expired - that this customer contacted us to begin the return process. Our agent did not approve the return process at that time because of the elapsed time over our already generous 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. We have issued an immediate 50% refund on this customer’s order as a discount of the original price, in the hopes to come to an agreement. The return process was never satisfied.

This account has been authorized for a full refund. Customer must contact our Customer Service Department at ###-###-#### to complete the Return and Refund process agreed to in the Terms & Conditions. Representatives have been authorized to provide customer with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to make the Return and receive the full Refund. For this customer’s refund to be processed, the RMA number should be written on the outside of the shipment package in large and legible print. Once the remaining product is received by us and the RMA number is logged into our systems, the customer will receive an email confirmation of the processed refund.
