I purchased ShapiroMD due to having fine, thin hair and getting older I decided a good hair product would be worth the expense ($50 per mo). Believing this would certainly be a good product, I really tried to like this product. It was terrible! It made my hair feel heavy, weighed down and look greasy right after blow drying it! Instead of the recommended leave in conditioner, I decided to rinse it out. A little better but still very weighed down and greasy looking. Not having the time to rewash my hair, I had to use a lot of dry shampoo just to try to make it not look so bad. After trying the product for 1 week, I called customer service to return the product and they only take unopened bottles but then due to COVID, not taking returns at all. I will throw this product in the garbage! Unless your bald and your hair style doesn't matter.
