I purchased four sets of silver earrings. Two sets of earrings turned a dirty black color the other two were ok. K.M. will not credit or refund.

On October 19 I purchased 4 sets of silver earrings. I brought them home put them in my jewelry box. About 2 weeks later went to retrieve them and found that 2 pairs of the silver earrings had had turned color while the other two pairs were just fine or the same condition as the day I bought them. I finally took them back to the store and showed the sales clerk the earrings. She did'nt know and could not tell me why they turned color. I asked her for a refund or to use it as credit to a repair I came to pick up. I paid for these Items with my visa/atm card.
To this date the other silver earrings have not turned color. This metal may not be silver as they say, but just plain silver metal, and being sold as silver. I Purchased these Items in good faith. I am feeling cheated. They also have other earring on a stand/floor for sale that have not turned black yet but are changing color. On the day the sale took place, as I was looking at the earrings on the rack. One of them fell to the floor, and it was turning color. There was a sales clerk that took it from me, and disapeared to the back of the store with the earrings. There are others on the rack that I did see that are turning color. All in all, the sales clerk took the discolored earrings went to the back of the store and repolished them, and came back out. I again told her that I did not want them If they are going to turn black. The owner came out and said we don't give refunds.She gave them a quick polish, but I still could see the discoloration. I asked her, What happens if it turns color again? and she said buy a polishing rag to shine it up and it should not be in a plastic bag. It should be in a jewelry box. The items were placed in the plastic when they were sold to me.

I was having a bracelet repaired. I would later receive a call from Kamaaina metals stating my repair would cost me $30.00 I went to pick up my item and was overcharged. The sales person said that was just an estimate.
