The account has been properly processed by her insurance company and the balance is patient due, however we do apologize for the time span between statements. I understand the patient no longer has this insurance plan, but if the insurance company is contacted by the patient, they will discuss the claim processing with her as the policy was in effect at the time of service. Share Medical Center understands this is a large balance, and we are more than happy to work with our patients to set up comfortable payment arrangements.
