This was our best RV rental experience to date. The client service representative (Alicia) was friendly and helpful. Also, pick up and drop off times were more personalized and flexible than going to a regular RV rental company which saved us the cost of renting for an extra day.

There was a minor mishap in the beginning which was handled professionally. The attention to detail is great. The experience was great and I would highly recommend!
