That is a statementI spoke with police and the detective who claims they probably did steal my things but we are unable to prove itIn addition, my things were broken/damaged and the movers were unprofessional using profanity and talking about women in a disgusting manner throughout the day! They also missed their window to arrive in the morning as they were late.

A settlement has been offered to the customer.

During confirmation customer stated that the first of the delivery should be after January [redacted] (since that date company has 3 weeks to deliver shipment). Also on the day of pick up the customer filled out a "Long Distance Information" Sheet requesting the first date of delivery after January 1st so...

we are confused why the customer expected to receive her belongings in December. All customers emailed have been answered and we can provide at least 6-10 emails sent to customer as well as Long Distance Information sheet filled out by the customer on the day of the pick up. We followed all customer requests.

They offered $135 after overcharging me close to $400. Unacceptable.

I paid almost $400 extra for this move due to something...

that was 100% completely the moving company's fault and they are not willing to reimburse me for it. In addition, they damaged my furniture (one pic attached), and that's only a portion of the damage. I didn't even seek reimbursement for the damage, I just wanted to be fairly charged what I was quoted and they are not willing to do so. Avoid this company at all costs. I will do everything in my power to spread the word about how poor the service is.

The window of 10-12 was the arrival time. Not the time we wouldbe movin you. Moves dont take only 2 hours. If I can speak with your landlord and verify that our lateness directltlyl cost you money I will be willing to cover those expenses. I need cancelled checks or proof though.   Thanks

 The business side is missing the other multiple factors which are that my house goods were damaged during the move while the move was in session. A painting of several hundreds from Pier 1 Imports is damaged, as well as other items. The cursing and degrading verbiage used towards speaking of women in the presence of myself as a women and my mother was grotesque. I expect a full refund for the pure unprofessionalism, vandalism, and outrageous behavior.

[[redacted] wants me to lie about the terrible service his company provided: damaged furniture, stuff delivered about a month and a half late, missing parts, other people's mattress delivered to me, his attempts to extort money from me, cable company equipment shipped to Florida by mistake...I can prove all my statements. This company is a disorganized disaster and ,if [redacted] paid half of the estimated $2,500 loss I suffered in the move, I will cooperate with him in removing the complaints.]
