I am rejecting this response because: yes I approved an ad that was printed however the ad is so fuzzy you can barley read it and the j peg I sent to your business was very good quality and the same as the crystal clear magnets I have placed on the phonebook ads. regardless of that I was told that these magnets were going to have local emergency numbers on them for both county's and all you have are generic national 1-800 numbers. I was also told that thousands of these magnets' were to be distributed to local schools, police and fire departments as well as other organizations I have called this company requesting as to where these magnets were sent with no response to any place they have been sent, funny that in the small town of Steamboat springs these magnets cannot be found at any of these palaces. also the amount of magnets sent to me were not the amount I was told it would be either. All I have to say is buyer beware this company really has misrepresented itself and its product I have been scammed out of my hard earned money. It is easy to respond to my email with you response but you have never even attempted to call me to resolve this issue and I have called your company Three times to get the requested info from you. Save your money and advertise elsewhere!!!!!
