The member states that she attempted to close the account in July, but does not know who she spoke to On September 22nd, she transfered money from her savings account to checking in order to allow for two [redacted] charges to post to her account Finally, on September 24th, she had a check mailed to her home to close the account The Low balance fees were charged in July & August prior to her transacting with PayPal and requesting the withdrawal From her transaction history, it does not appear that she actually wanted the account closed in June since she authorized [redacted] bills to occur in September
