Review: They listed a used 2002 [redacted] motorcycle online with pictures stating it had "16000 miles and runs great, great for beginners" I purchased it and drove off the lot, halfway into my 60 mile ride home it broke down and wouldn't start up. I called them back and they basically told me I am on my own now. That is when I read over the title (I should have before I know) and it stated the actual milage on the bike was 112,000 miles! When I presented them with this, they told me to mail in the title and they will fix is saying human error. This is [redacted] because they had me sign a 'odometer disclosure' form saying to the best of their knowledge the bike has 16000 miles. This can't be possible because they are on possession of the title which is what they have to refer to when getting milage for documents. I had to tow my bike home which cost me hundreds, now they are saying the best they can do is get it running. Even though I paid for the dead battery and towed it after riding it for 20 miles off that lot. That is false advertising in every which way. I want my money back from them, they ripped me off. That can't be legal. False advertising.Desired Settlement: I paid $2700 total. 2500 for the bike, 200 dealership fee. I want them to refund my purchase, and pick the bike up 60 miles away because I can't afford another tow and they have all the trailers. They can keep the dealership fee to cover their travels. I put less than 50 miles on it, bought a new battery. So essentially am giving them back a better bike than they gave me. They just have to fix the alternator and resell it which was broken to begin with.

Review: I called Shark Cycle to buy a [redacted] that was advertised online. When I called I spoke with [redacted] from sales that confirmed that machine is "work ready" and that "oil has been changed" and that the [redacted] winch worked great; agreed priced delivered to my home $5,298. When the machine arrived the the winch was tied to the front bumper (not working) and the machine could not be started to be taken off the trailer. Finally somehow the machine started and the delivery man took it off the trailer. The delivery man rushed me to sign and leave. When I inspected the machine the oil was black as the night (never changed). There were NO brakes on any wheel, no emergency brake at all, and the machine has no park "P" mode. Every single bearing was loose to the point where the tires were dragged. The winch was seized. The machine cant go past 13 mph when its suppose to go 40 mph. I called 10+ times to resolve this and every time I get told we will see what we can do and call you tomorrow and never call me back. [redacted] verified twice that the machine was in the shop and serviced when clearly it has not. I paid $647 in parts to make it usable. They offered $200 refund and apologized, admitting the faults with machine. I declined $200 and demand my $647 or for them to buy the machine back. They baited me with a "work ready" machine and sent a machine that severely needed major service.Desired Settlement: Refund my $647 or buy the machine back.
