 Correction, I did state the amount owed is $165. I t was an error. The amount due is $135.00.  I have not received this amount.

Review: Ordered a system in January. Company states they never received payment even after my bank sent them multiple statements. Have been trying to get a resolution for six months. I have multiple e-mails between myself and the company, as well as my bank representative and company.Desired Settlement: I have purchased a system from a reputable dealer. Do not need system now. Would like a refund.

THE RESPONSE SUBMITTED BY THE BUSINESS WAS UNTRUTHFUL. MY CARD WAS NOT DECLINED. THE MERCHANT WAS GIVEN PROOF OF THE TRANSACTION MULTIPLE TIMES BY MY BANK REPRESENTATIVE. THEY HAD MY MONEY FOR APPROXIMATELY SIX MONTH AND REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE IN A TIMELY MANNER UNTIL I FILED THE COMPLAINT WITH THE Revdex.com. HOWEVER, SINCE DOING SO, THE MERCHANT HAS REFUNDED MY MONEY.

Review: There is no one to talk to at the customer service line. You must send an e-mail which they do not respond to. I received two head sets from this company that do not work. The price was $100.00. So at this point I am out of my money with no contact to the company.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement or my money back from the company. For starters I would like a response from the company at least a response that they received my a e-mail and a return phone call to see if the situation can be resolved.

Review: Ordered a stereo system for my motorcycle. It arrived amd was missing all of the mounting hardware. Went ahead and hooked the system up and it does not work. I have emailed and called the company and cannot get any response.Desired Settlement: Either my money returned in full or a brand new system.

Review: I placed a order with sharkaudio on 6/**/2014. I completed and paid for this order with my Visa CC. I chose the 3 day priority shipping for $22.00 and checked out. The company didn't ship out the order until 6/**/2014. I emailed the company when I didn't receive a conformation email on shipping date and tracking #'s. I received back an email saying "not to worry, they take care of every problem, and that my emails are not necessary or needed. Basically not to bother them with my questions. My order shipped late because the model I wanted was not in stock when I placed my order. No one at shark audio even bothered to mention this to me at all. Now the order finally ships, I check [redacted] and find out the package was shipped regular UPS 5 day mail @ a cost of $10.42. I emailed the company yet again, and was told that yes they had made a mistake and would take care of the refund to my credit Card for the amount of $11.58. Today is 6/**/2014, and I still have not received my refund. I realize these transactions take time. I emailed them again today and was offered a "tank bag" or my refund. I want my refund to my CC. This Company really has a terrible time with customer service, and I need some help to get back what was basically stolen from me. I paid my $$$ in good faith and was taken advantage of. The worst is: I don't believe this company should be able to do what ever they want to with customers Credit cards, over charge, not refund in a timely manner. It is Scary how they do business. This is not about money, some one MUST have accountability. It is principalDesired Settlement: $ 11.58 refund to my credit Card they charged me from.
