We called for a boost as our battery on our car had failedI called at 7:in the morning and was advised that it would be minutes or soI called back at 8:and asked the status of our request and was told we were next on the list I then asked what the expected time, and was told minutesI said that was the time we were told this morning when I calledThe service person said she always says hour, which I challenged because that was not what I was toldShe then wanted to know if I wanted to be on the list and I said yes but my point it it would be nice to have a better estimate of time, and she said "So I made a mistaken thank you have a good day good bye" and hung up the phone
The issue is communicationI could have taken my husband to work and waiting for the two truck at home but as we were expecting it in minutes there was no need to make that arrangement
Now we are both waiting for the tow truck to arrive as it is another minutes from the call and not enough time to take him to work and return
