I recently ordered their SpinZ GPS Navigation & Wireless Reverse Bluetooth Backup Camera. The item was supposedly shipped and received by the USPS on Dec 11. It sat there for 10 days pending shipment approval. During that time I tried contacting STM via email and although I sent 4 over 8 days I received only 1 response saying only it was shipped. I tried calling their number several times and it only went to voicemail. Not only did they never answer but the last message I left was that if my call wasn't returned by noon the next day I would dispute the charge. They never called. I tried their website where they had a chat option but when it came up it only gave you their email address for support or their phone number. I finally received the GPS on the 23rd. Being very knowledgeable with electronics and cars I installed the GPS myself. Although I had charged the battery for a day and a half it was still dead. I had to plug in the car adapter for it to turn on. The Backup camera is not clear and turns on only intermittently. When it does there is poor reception. The GPS could not find the satellite or was also intermittent. I connected the phone. There is no voice connection to make a call. You have to dial it or select it from a called list. You can talk over it once you make the call but you can't answer it from the device although it gives you the option. Definitely not a hands free device. The clock has a 24 hour clock and does not give you the option of a 12 hour clock. All in all I'm not satisfied at all. It's going back after Christmas. No surprise, there are no instructions for returns on their website or in the package. (Lenn from NC).

I recently ordered a couple movies. They were supposed to be here by Tuesday but came on Friday so a few days off with shipping but everything else is great! I paid great price and got what I ordered so I will be going back to purchase more in the future.

If you want to throw your money away and receive no product, this is the company for you! On December 6, 2016 I ordered a DVD from these crooks for a Christmas present. It is now January 31, 2017. No DVD. No money back. I have emailed them 5 times inquiring about my DVD and finally demanding my money back. They have not acknowledged my emails whatsoever. I followed their directions in order to receive my "quick response in 24 hours". It is impossible to talk to anyone on the telephone as their shyster company is not set up that way. I have even contacted the Revdex.com and they, in turn, contacted Shark Tank Media and have been ignored as well. They give Shark Tank Media 1 star. I give them 0. Too bad you can't give them less than a zero. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on these jerks. So glad my husband spent 27 years in the military so people like these people with no consciences for doing the right thing can run a business in the USA and be protected.

Review: I bought a Blu-ray disc from this company via eBAY. The disc sent to me was for Region B. I live in the US and cannot play a region B disc. Hence I asked for the disc to be returned. They obliged.However, when I contacted eBAY, I was informed I have to pay the shipping charges to return the disc to this company. I left numerous phone calls to the company to call me back and have not heard back. I should not have to pay return shipping charges on an item they sent that was incorrect to begin with.Desired Settlement: Send me a shipping label so I can return the Blu-ray disc and refund my the original amount plus shipping that was charged when I bought the disc.
