We have received your certified letter for a complaint with ID# *** Customer name *** *** on *** *** **Indianapolis In ***. I have attached pages of some of Shirley’s paperwork, for you to view if needed. M*** Enterprises has been to her house several times to
check for a leak and have found nothing, there is not any stains on the ceilings and no apparent roof damage or anything wrong with the shingles. This is something that she is just hearing but now sure what it is, and we have been there several times. Derek M*** had tried to stop by while he was in her area a couple of times recently and she could not meet him. Also this is just out of courtesy that we are stopping by to check on her roof. We have a year warranty on workmanship. If you will notice on some of the paperwork I have attached her roof was done in 2012. M*** Enterprises #priority is customer service. A lot of our customers are repeat customers because Derek takes very good care of them, and does courtesy calls like this well over the time the workmanship warranty has expired. Please contact myself or Derek M*** if you have any additional questions. Also in your letter would you happen to know the phone number and person you talked to when you were trying to call us via phone? I would like to address this to our office staff if this message was not passed on to Derek or myself. We definitely do not deserve at “F” rating, I myself think it is “A+” due to our inspections out of respect and courtesy for our customers we did those inspections free of charge.
