Did not do business with this company since the person working there not only hung up on me and my mother but left a nasty message on my phone afterwards. Terrible customer service just wanted to know what exactly we were getting for our money. Its ok as he said "he doesnt care about above ground pools anyway". Guess he doesnt need the business

Review: Description Of Work: Installed a new swimming pool liner, replace pool light, new electrical panel, pool solar system and slide. Replace pool pump. Sharky's installed the pool pump, but had to elevate it so they placed a piece of cardboard underneath it because it was not the right height. The pool liner, electrical panel and underwater light was supposed to be installed while we were away for a week on vacation in July. When we returned, it was not completed. We had to finish filling the pool, which took an additional few days. The new electrical system did not work, and took two more service calls to fix. The pool solar install was nothing but problems. There were leaks on three different occasions, and they kept having to come back to fix it. [redacted], was very unprofessional, and cursed and yelled at us on several occasions. Wanting nothing more to do with him, we had another pool company close the pool for the season, only to find out that there was no manual drain installed on the solar, so it could not be completed. I called [redacted] yesterday to ask where the drain was installed. He became irate that we used another pool company, and refused to tell me the location of where the pool drains are located. After about five minutes of being yelled at, he finally said that they are located on the roof, but would not give any more information besides that.Desired Settlement: I want a detailed, written description of the location of the solar drains, so that I can winterize my pool, in addition to detailed winterization instructions for the solar pool system. I want an owner's manual for the system and any warranty information (this was not provided to me).

I also provided instructions and a diagram as requested. owners manual was also provided. I also sent copies
